Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

1) Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Timepieces (watches): Returns or exchanges accepted within 10 days of delivery/pickup.
  • All other products: Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery/pickup.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • New, unworn, and unaltered
  • Free of scratches, marks, dents, or signs of wear
  • Not sized, adjusted, engraved, or modified in any way
  • Returned with all original contents, including (where applicable):
  • warranty cards / certificates
  • instruction manuals
  • tags
  • protective films
  • accessories
  • original box and packaging

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bespoke / custom orders (special request, made-to-order, or personalized items)
  • Any item returned in used or altered condition
  • Any item missing original packaging or components (box, papers, cards, accessories, etc.)

3) Online vs In-Store Purchases

  • Online purchases: May be returned in-store (where available) or by mail/courier.
  • In-store purchases: Must be returned to a retail location.
  • Jewelry purchased in-store (if applicable): Returns are only accepted at the original store of purchase shown on your receipt.

4) Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or company cheque (where applicable).
  • If you paid via a method that cannot be refunded directly, we will propose the closest equivalent refund option in line with local regulations.

5) Gift Receipts

Items purchased with a gift receipt are eligible for:

  • Exchange or store credit only, subject to the same timeframes and eligibility conditions above.

6) Return Shipping & International Returns

  • If you return an item by mail/courier, you are responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed and shipped with tracking and appropriate insurance.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and any associated duties, taxes, and carrier fees, where applicable.
  • Refunds/exchanges are processed only in the country of purchase (where local regulations apply).

Note: Return shipping may be complimentary for eligible orders in selected locations. Where complimentary shipping is not available (including certain international returns), the customer bears return shipping costs.

7) Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
  • Once received, returned items are subject to inspection and verification before approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment method and banking networks.
